At the Embassy’s table | Our Chef’s recipe of mille feuilles croustillants avec des fraises et des kiwis [fr]
This month the chef of the embassy unveils his recipe for the crispy mille feuilles with strawberries and kiwis.

For the cake:
- 5 double sheets of filo pastry
- 50g of melted butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 3 passion fruit pulp
For the whipped cream:
- 0.60l of whipping cream
- 40g of icing sugar
- and some icing sugar for the decoration
Hervé’s tip: Put the cake together at the last minute to make sure to have the pastry crispy!
Cooking time: 11 minutes - 160°
