At the Embassy’s table | Our Chef’s recipe of mille feuilles croustillants avec des fraises et des kiwis [fr]

This month the chef of the embassy unveils his recipe for the crispy mille feuilles with strawberries and kiwis.

For the cake:

  • 5 double sheets of filo pastry
  • 50g of melted butter
  • 100g brown sugar
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwis
  • 3 passion fruit pulp

For the whipped cream:

  • 0.60l of whipping cream
  • 40g of icing sugar
  • and some icing sugar for the decoration

Hervé’s tip: Put the cake together at the last minute to make sure to have the pastry crispy!

Cooking time: 11 minutes - 160°
