Blue sky at the Canberra Tennis Centre
The French flag was flying today at the Apis Canberra International 2018, at the Tennis ACT Centre
In Canberra, the international tennis tournament has attracted players ranked in the world’s top 400 from 19 countries. Maxime Janvier ranked 246, Fabien Reboul ranked 360, Sadio Doumbia ranked 409, Irina Ramialison ranked 358 and Marine Partaud ranked 433 are the representatives from our country, and you’re all more than welcome to go and support them at this event!
But Wednesday 31st October was a very specific day! Indeed, in addition to our tennis players still in action (Maxime Janvier, Sadio Doumbia, Fabien Reboul and Irina Ramialison), most of the ballkids were selected from the French-Australian Telopea Park School in Canberra. They have been chosen because they’re all passionate about sport in general, tennis in particular.
This was a perfect opportunity to meet a lot of great players, and to take part into a large scale tennis event!
Besides, Irina Ramialison and Vincent Stouff gave a signing session for these young tennis enthusiasts.
Congratulations to all of them!
