If additional documents were requested to be sent by email by the visa agent, please send them in pdf format to urgentvisas.sydney-fslt@diplomatie.gouv.fr, mentioning your full name, your nationality and the type of visa you are applying for.

I need to track the process of my visa application

The visa application tracking system only works after a decision of grant or refusal is made on your application. Therefore, it is normal to receive an error message before your visa application is totally processed.
No responses will be given regarding the progress of a visa application lodged less than 4 weeks ago (date of the appointment).
Otherwise, please send your request to urgentvisas.sydney-fslt@diplomatie.gouv.fr, mentioning your full name, your nationality and the type of visa you are applying for.

Temporary pick up of passport or withdrawal of my application

Please send your request to urgentvisas.sydney-fslt@diplomatie.gouv.fr with a letter in pdf format indicating the reasons of the temporary pick up/withdrawal, mentioning your full name, your nationality and the type of visa you are applying for.
