On the occasion of his official visit to French pacific territories, President François Hollande spoke with Malcolm Turnbull, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Australia about the situation in Fiji following the passage of the cyclone that caused multiple deaths and destruction.
France and Australia express their solidarity with the victims of TC Winston and their families. Both countries will cooperate closely with the Fijian authorities to provide all necessary assistance, including medical and logistical, to the affected population.
