The Night of Ideas 2020 : Being Alive

Australia hosted its first Night of Ideas entitled "Being Alive" in Sydney on 30 January and in Byron Bay on 31 January 2020. Bringing together artists, scientists and researchers, the event was sold out and brought together more than 250 participants each time.

In partnership with the Byron Writers Festival and the Sydney Opera House, the Embassy of French in Australia organised for the first time the Night of Ideas in Australia on the 30th and 31st of January .

Founded 5 years ago in Paris by the Institut Français, this festival is a real place to meet and share ideas.
