Strasbourg plans to install a new hydrogen plant
The city of Strasbourg is planning to install a hydrogen power plant that will allow 30 buses or 150 cars to fill up every day.
This initiative is a world first and illustrates France’s desire to be a leader in the development of hydrogen. The manufacturing process for this hydrogen is also intended to be carbon-neutral, and R-Hynoca should be made up of wood waste from sawmills or forestry operations around Strasbourg.
